Working with TVA Infotech as a HR Executive from Dec, 05 to till date.
Key Responsibilities & Accomplishments:

1. Recruitment
Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
Database management, sourcing required resumes from web / jobsites, networking, referrals and updating the old resources from database.
Mentor the candidates on interview pattern and tips for all rounds of interviews.
Interview follow-ups with the clients.
Interview coordination and scheduling the short-listed candidates.
Taking regular feedbacks from clients.
Communicate all requirements of the job to the applicants.
Be involved in salary negotiation package.
Follow up all placements, develop and maintain good relationships with applicants to ensure loyalty.
2. Performance Management
Coordinating smooth and timely execution of the performance review and assessment cycle.
Manage new employee KRAs (Key Responsibilities Area) within a month of joining by working closely with their managers.
Evaluation and analysis of PLIs (Performance Linked Incentives) on annual basis.
Defining detailed Job Descriptions for all positions in the organization.
3. Policy Formulation
Periodic review and re-design of HR policies, framing new policies in line with the desired organization culture, under the guidance of the Sr. Management.
4. Compensation and Benefit
Monthly pay-roll assistance to the Accounts department.
5. Training and Development
Training need analysis
Formulating yearly training calendar.
Coordinating and review program.
Provide feedback to management and suggest changes wherever required.
Coordinating with Training agencies to choose on appropriate programs.
Need analysis for behavioural and attitude related in – house training.
6. Content Development
· Web postings as part of the brand building exercise
· Design and upload of customized job postings

7. Strategic HR:
· Intervention of HR into BPR - To align the HR practices with the business strategies.
Business Process Re-engineering, by framing and implementing certain questionnaires helping employees to come up with their problems pertaining to work environment, organization culture, late sitting hours, excessive documentation, etc, thereafter devising methods to employees’ enhanced productivity, energy level, work enthusiasm.
